No. Each person is only allowed one active Juan350 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any balances. If you've lost access to your account, contact our support team instead of creating a new one.
No stress! On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and you'll receive a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you're still stuck, reach out to our 24/7 support team via live chat.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in, go to your Account Settings, and upload a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or UMID. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. This process protects your account and ensures secure withdrawals.
Deposits & Payment Methods
Juan350 supports all major Filipino payment channels:
- GCash
- Maya (formerly PayMaya)
- GrabPay
- Coins.ph
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
The minimum deposit at Juan350 is ₱100. This low threshold means even casual players can enjoy the full gaming experience without committing a large amount upfront. For GCash and Maya deposits, the minimum is ₱100, while bank transfers typically require ₱500 or more depending on your bank's own minimum transfer limits.
GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited instantly — usually within seconds. InstaPay transfers typically arrive within 5 to 30 minutes. PESONet and bank transfers may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Juan350 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, some payment providers — particularly banks — may apply their own transfer fees. GCash and Maya deposits are generally free of charge. Always check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer if you want to confirm their applicable fees.
Withdrawals & Payouts
Log in to your Juan350 account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payout method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is completed before your first withdrawal request. Withdrawals go to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit when possible.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. This applies to all payout methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification for security purposes.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours on business days. Bank transfers typically take 1 to 3 banking days. Requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. You'll receive an SMS or email notification once your withdrawal has been processed and sent.
Bonuses & Promotions
New Juan350 members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are shown on the promotions page after you register. To qualify, simply make a qualifying first deposit and opt in to the welcome offer. Wagering requirements apply — check the full terms on the promotions page after logging in.
Yes! Juan350 offers daily reload bonuses for active members. Log in each day to check your personalised offers in the Promotions section. Reload bonuses are credited to your wallet automatically when you make a qualifying deposit during the promo period. The amounts and percentages vary — so it pays to check in regularly. Sulit talaga!
Wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover) specify how many times you need to bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Specific requirements for each offer are listed in the bonus terms.
Yes, Juan350 runs weekly cashback promotions for qualifying players. A percentage of your net losses during the qualifying period is returned to your wallet, giving you a second chance to win. Cashback rates and eligible games vary per promo period. Check your promotions dashboard after logging in to see if you have an active cashback offer.
